GENERAL INFO
Please treat Lobster Studios with respect, furniture and props can be moved but please ensure you return them to the studio reset layout ( found in the producers pack ) at the end of your booking.
Any garbage must be placed in the metal bin, if the studio requires excessing cleaning a cleaning fee will be charged.
All keys need to be put back into the lockbox as advised.
Take extra care on the cyclorma wall, please do not stand near to the curve.
Take extra care when using the movable wall, move it slowly and with care.
INSURANCE
All clients must have at least $10 million public insurance to use the space.
Lobster Studios does not accept responsibility and/or liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings held on-premises by the client.
Lobster Studios does not accept responsibility and/or liability for personal injury of any team member with on premises.
The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any talent or team accompanying them, The Client also agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the Studio staff during the photography session.
The Client agrees to follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the Studio, including but not limited to:
Not using props or equipment inappropriately.
Following instructions from the Studio staff regarding equipment handling.
Taking care around lighting equipment, cables, and other potential hazards.
Keeping the environment tidy and free from hazards.In the event of an emergency, the Client consents to emergency medical treatment, which may be necessary as a result of injury or illness while at the Studio, The Client agrees to cover any medical costs resulting from such an emergency.
DAMAGE POLICY
Any damage to the studio space or equipment is the responsibility of the client. Damage will be assessed and invoiced accordingly.
Excessive marks or any damage to the cyclorama will be assessed a the end of each session and invoiced accordingly.
CCTV
Lobster studios is monitored by CCTV cameras, footage is to ensure client safety, record stolen or broken equipment and ensure clients leave at the scheduled time.
BOOKINGS/CANCELLATIONS
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Bookings are paid in full via the online booking system.
Date holds are available but subject to a 48 hour release, email to enquire.
Shoots can be rescheduled within 48 hours of studio booking.
Cancelations are permitted within 48 hours of studio booking (no refunds will be permitted), studio credit will be given which can be used within 4 months of issue date.
